Logo/ Brand Identity/ Marketing Design

Owen Dormehl founded the Dormehl Property Group in 2009. Owen partnered with successful attorney Tau Phalane in 2016 to form the Dormehl Phalane Property Group. With the new partnership and name addition to the brand, Van Der Spuy Creative decided to create a fresh new logo mark and brand identity to compliment the change in company structure. Drawing from the previous logo mark, we retained a similar yet more contemporary logo type and structure and added the chevron logo mark. The brand identity compliments the logo and symbolises aspiration, growth and the brand sense of going beyond to deliver the highest levels of service to the South African real estate market. Dormehl Phalane Property Group has 70 sales offices across South Africa.
